During my xmas stay, the holiday decorations were pretty and added some much-needed festive cheer to the hotel. the sheets on the bed were clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable sleeping experience. the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of shopping and dining options in the nearby area.
The food was not impressive and lacked flavor. the service was also quite slow, with staff seeming to prioritize other tasks over attending to guests.

the spa and wellness centre offered an array of treatments and the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. the garden area was serene and well-maintained. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages like a private balcony with beautiful views.
The breakfast lacked variety and did not cater to specific dietary needs. the staff was accommodating and provided us with private facilities for our needs.
